Products

We offer sizes ranging from XS to XXL for most items. Size availability may vary by product. We recommend checking our Size Guide for each item and comparing the measurements with your own. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

We also have a helpful Sizing Guide that shows where to measure yourself and where to measure clothing.

Orders

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@naturalifestyles.com with your order number.

There are no international taxes or duties payable by our customers. The price you pay on checkout is the total price payable to deliver your order to your address.

Items are located and therefore orders fulfilled from warehouses in different locations. Clothing products are are stored in U.S. and other warehouses and Health & Wellbeing located in the UK.

Your ordered items may therefore also arrive separately rather than in a single shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and the delivery times depend on the order’s destination postcode.

Order processing and packing can take upto 3-4 days from order placement. Shipment times are typically as below.

Clothing delivery: 10-20 days

Health & Wellbeing: 3-5 Days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping methods available are Economy and Express. Where Express shipping is available, this will be selectable on checkout.

We currently only offer shipping within the UK.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at sales@naturalifestyles.com with your order number and we’ll fix it right away.

The courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or will take the products to a collection point where you can pick up the order. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for you with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. In case an order is not picked up and the item is returned to us, we will deduct 40% from the refund of your order value for restocking and delivery costs.

Please do collect you order if you cannot be present at time of delivery to avoid this.

Orders are delivery only, there is no option to collect orders in person.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and original packaging. To start a return, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@naturalifestyles.com with your order number.

Please refer to our seperate returns policy for full details.

Late Returns: Returns reported to us and shipped back after the 14-day policy period will be rejected. In such cases, the item(s) if sent back will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.

Declined Returns: In the event of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to you and no refund will be given.

Firstly Returns are free !

You are responsible for packing the item(s) suitable for return delivery and to either be at the collection address you have given on the day of collection or to take the returns package to the designated drop off point for the courier being used.

Please retain the original packing the item(s) were delivered to you in. This can be reused to pack the item(s) suitable for return - please remove any delivery labels from the outer packing.

All items purchased from our store are eligible for return.

Please ensure our returns policy is followed.

Approved refunds will be made within 5 business days after the process of receiving and approving the returns.

Refunds will be made to the same method used for original purchase, e.g. to the same card used or the same PayPal account.

Refunds will not be made to any other account, card or payment method than that used for the original purchase.

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

We do not provide a direct exchange of items should you want a different size, colour etc. We request that you follow the process below.

Place a new order for a new item(s) with the required size/colour.

Pay for the new order.

Request a return for the previously ordered item(s) order.

Follow the instructions to return the unwanted item(s).
